WE are seeking a Business Analyst and Translator Lead to join our Virtual Care Service. As the Business Analyst and Translator Lead at SA Health, you will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare delivery through virtual care initiatives. Leveraging your exceptional analytical skills and language proficiency, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex requirements into actionable solutions that streamline processes and enhance patient experiences. About the role: Enabling end-user access to timely and quality information for operational, clinical, financial, tactical, management and strategic purposes. Leading the development, delivery and evaluation of complex data governance and management projects, functions and services. Initiating, planning and developing a best practice data governance framework to manage SALHN's data assets and functions and ensure high quality data is maintained as a key organisational asset. About you: An appropriate Degree for example, Public Health, Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology or related discipline. Extensive experience in working with computer systems and applications including business intelligence, spreadsheets, word processing, databases, statistical packages and clinical costing systems. Demonstrated experience developing, delivering and evaluating complex compliance monitoring and data quality programs including developing data quality metrics to assess and monitor improvements. Demonstrated experience in health sector casemix and patient activity data collection, interpretation and analysis. Experience in leading and managing teams, that provide a responsive, proactive, customer focused service with a continuous improvement philosophy. Successful record of identifying business requirements and developing appropriate improvement or remedial strategies and change specifications to reengineer processes and systems. Extensive knowledge of data management, analysis, controls and governance principles, standards, instruments and tools which support the development of a unified approach to transforming Casemix data into a strategic asset.
