The Role: As a Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of various IT projects. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting thorough technical analysis, and developing solutions that align with business needs and strategic objectives. You will be a self-starter, driven by outcomes, and possess a strong understanding of digital platforms and cybersecurity principles. Key Responsibilities: Technical Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Conduct detailed technical analysis and gather comprehensive requirements for projects related to Office 365, AV/Live streaming, and general IT requests. Digital Platform Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of compute, storage, networks, applications, cloud, and system integrations, particularly within a health context. Cybersecurity Awareness: Apply cybersecurity principles throughout the project lifecycle to ensure data integrity and security. Stakeholder Management: Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business areas, and vendors, ensuring alignment with local requirements and strategic directions. Process Design & Consultation: Provide expert consultation and facilitation on process design, collaborating with the Enterprise Solution Architect to propose and evaluate multiple solutions. Needs Analysis & Negotiation: Collaborate with stakeholders and users to analyze their needs, negotiate agreed outcomes, and design solutions that meet health service and business requirements. Impact Assessment & Communication: Identify and communicate the impacts of changes to stakeholder workflows, guidelines, policies, and procedures, and report any potential issues. Technical Documentation & Visualization: Create clear and concise technical design drawings and concept diagrams to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Working Group Participation: Actively participate in and drive outcomes within Working Groups, representing clinical and business functional interests. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical/Business Analyst with a strong focus on technical analysis. Demonstrated ability to be a motivated self-starter and outcomes-focused. Extensive knowledge of digital platforms, including compute, storage, networks, applications, cloud, and system integrations, with a preference for healthcare experience. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
