The Opportunity: We're currently seeking a Finance Broker to join us in a commission-only role. As an Asset Finance Broker, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with the best financing options available for their asset purchases. You will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, sourcing appropriate finance products, and negotiating terms to secure the most favorable deals. This position requires a deep understanding of the finance market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to client relationship management. To Succeed: To excel as a broker, it is essential to be skilled in building and managing relationships. Successful brokers understand the importance of networking, word of mouth, and establishing referral partners. All necessary tools will be provided to support success in this industry. Your Main Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and partners. Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable asset finance products. Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure the best possible deals for clients. Prepare and submit finance applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the finance market, including new policies and regulatory changes. Provide clients with ongoing support and advice throughout the financing process. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in asset finance broking or a related field would be greatly advantageous. Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or aim to obtain one). Strong understanding of asset finance products and the finance market. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Proactive and results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
