Your role and responsibilities Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to join our Customer-FacingTeam, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customersplanning or utilizing business automation solutions built using IBM BusinessAutomation products that harness the power of AI. As a TechnicalEngineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop,and deploy products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain technical documentation for business automationsolutions, including product best practices and implementation guides. Collaborate with the Product Development Team to design and implementAI-powered features and functionalities in our products. Work closely with the Customer Success Team to understand customer painpoints, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless onboarding andsupport of our products. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, includingcustomers, partners, and internal teams. Identify opportunities for product improvement and technicaloptimization through data analysis and feedback from customers andinternal sources. Host technical enablement events and focused workshops, both face-to-face andvirtual, aimed at enabling business partners and customers to expose the valueof IBM Business Automation products and solutions to our customers’ business. Preferred technical and professional experience Preferred Expertise: Experience with IBM Business Automation software (e.g. Business AutomationWorkflow, Automation Decision Services, Enterprise Content Management) andorchestration tools (e.g. watsonx Orchestrate). Experience with containerization (e.g. Docker) and orchestration tools(e.g. RedHat Openshift or Kubernetes). Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
