In this Business Banking Manager role, you will Structure deals working with a well-established and diversified customer base including, but not limited to; tourism, mining services, financial services, and construction. Assess economic value and risk potential of new business. Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth. Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities. Prepare and submit customer lending proposals with the support of our associate team. What You Will Bring Demonstrable experience within business banking. Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment, and control experience. A genuine passion for customer service and gravitas to work with a diversified customer group. Hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long-lasting relationships. Flexibility and autonomy to work across multiple locations including Broome, Karratha, Port Headland, and Kununurra. This amazing opportunity is based in the beautiful, tourist town of Broome and offers monthly rental assistance and a Toyota Prado.
