In this Business Banking Manager role, you will Be responsible for multiple portfolios of clients, covering banker leave and vacancies across South Australia. Own the day-to-day customer experience, compliance, and transactional requirements. Support customers through their banking needs, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk. Work with buddy bankers across the region to identify and refer new opportunities. Work collaboratively within your local team and contribute to team culture and initiatives. Prepare and submit customer applications and lending proposals. What you’ll bring A growth mindset, with a desire to progress your career. A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships. A genuine passion for customer service. Excellent communication skills. Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask. A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours. Experience in or exposure to lending.
