Join our dynamic team and play a key role in safeguarding our operations and ensuring effective risk management. Maintain up-to-date documentation of all business continuity plans and related procedures Generate reports on risk assessments, incident responses, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with reporting requirements set by regulatory bodies within the insurance industry Conduct thorough risk assessments and collaborate with teams to identify potential risks Participate in crisis management teams during actual incidents, coordinating response efforts Develop and execute a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) test plan, conducting regular assessments Raise awareness of business continuity and disaster recovery measures across the organisation Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for continuous improvement and update BCP strategies accordingly Stay informed on emerging risks and regulatory requirements impacting the motor insurance industry Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing updates on BCP efforts as needed Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment in business continuity across all operational processes To be successful you will need: Experience working as a Business Continuity Specialist. If you have relevant experience within call centres AND/OR Assessment Centres you will be fast-tracked to interview Proven stakeholder management experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in developing board papers and reporting Ability to present reports to key stakeholders within the business Well-developed understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations in the FSR environment Full work rights in Australia are essential If you think this could be the role for you, then please apply now!
