Vacancy Details Talent Pool Sales - HE - Recruitment Title: Business Development Executive, London Hybrid Working Contract Type: QA HE Ltd Permanent Job Advert Business Development Executive QA Higher Education, London based, hybrid working Are you a commercially driven business development / salesperson who enjoys winning new business, opening new opportunities to seal the deal? You might be from a Recruitment or SaaS background, used to prospecting, generating leads and managing the entire prospecting process through to contract in ideally both a B2B & B2C environment. As Business Development Executive you will be identifying new business opportunities to secure new B2B partners along with direct B2C students looking to undertake undergrad or postgraduate studies. Our role involves driving business development activities which includes organising and attending events and exhibitions, managing referral agreements, and generating leads through LinkedIn and similar resources. An important aspect of the role is also exploring and identifying new markets for growth and expansion. You will be sourcing new business from concept to contract, and we will ensure you are well rewarded for your achievements, where you will feel empowered as you create opportunities for others to develop and grow their knowledge and skills allowing them to progress their career opportunities. Our role is hybrid working with occasional UK travel to include attending events and exhibitions. Here’s some of what’s involved: Market Research Conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Analysing competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed. Lead Generation Generating leads through various BD channels. Identifying and qualifying potential clients or customers. Building And Maintaining Relationships Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Networking at industry events, conferences, and other relevant gatherings. Client Meetings And Presentations Conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present the company's products or services. Creating and delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition. Proposal Development Collaborating with the internal team to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet the client's requirements. Negotiating terms and conditions to close deals effectively. Sales Strategy Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. What We'll Do For You! Bring Your Experience New business sales High level of business acumen Track record of success in sales environment Track record of success in sales conversion calls Experience In Using a CRM System Preferred.
