The Company is entering into an exciting new phase, and an opportunity exists for a highly skilled sales professional to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. The Business Development Manager role is pivotal in driving revenue growth whilst achieving profit targets for the 'TRADER' brand amongst the Australian Electrical Wholesale and Electrical Contracting community in Central Queensland. We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven sales and relationship professional who thrives on working autonomously within an entrepreneurial environment. You should have the demonstrated ability and experience to establish credibility, respect, and influence to deliver sales growth results. You may be an Electrician who has flair and loves dealing with people, with a desire to get off the tools and into sales and customer relationships. This is a New Position which Reports to North Queensland Area Manager – Robert Sporton. The role can be based anywhere in Central Queensland (preferably in the Mackay Region, but not essential if you are the right candidate). Skills and Experience: A Passion for Sales Success, Winning & High Achievements Unlimited Energy, Initiative, and Self-Starter who can work autonomously without daily supervision A Drive to Satisfy Customers and Achieve a Win:Win as partners Electrical or Construction Industry Experience preferred, but not essential if you understand sales and customers particularly in the B2B environment Ability to identify market opportunities and grow revenue an advantage Excellent commercial acumen a bonus Follow-through capabilities essential Polished communication and negotiation skills helpful Ability to multi-task with organization and attention to detail Passion and energy to influence and drive the growth of the business A competitive remuneration package (including car allowance) with significant incentives for exceptional performance will be offered to the successful candidate.
