Business Development Manager - B2B Luxury Brand Carvus Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Carvus is a luxury brand specialising in handcrafted marble products, designed to bring timeless elegance to high-end interiors. Our pieces celebrate traditional Indian craftsmanship, merging heritage with contemporary design. We work closely with builders, architects, and retailers to introduce premium marble solutions to luxury spaces across Australia. Position Overview We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our distributor network across Australia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury interiors and skilled at building relationships with key industry players. Your primary focus will be securing bulk orders from builders, retail stores, architects, and interior designers , while actively driving sales and partnerships. This is a remote-only, commission-based role, requiring strong networking skills and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard distributors, including builders, retailers, and design studios . Drive bulk sales of Carvus products, negotiating and closing high-value deals. Follow up on inbound leads and proactively generate new business opportunities. Deliver compelling presentations to architects, interior designers, and industry professionals . Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Carvus’s presence in the market. Represent Carvus at industry events and networking functions. What You Bring Proven experience in luxury sales , preferably within interiors, design, or high-end home products. A background in interior design, architecture, or construction (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication and negotiation skills , with a consultative sales approach. A strong industry network and the ability to leverage relationships for business growth. Self-motivated and target-driven , with a passion for high-end design. Why Join Us?
