In light of our growth, we are delighted to present an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to assume responsibility for leading the Sales and Marketing activities within the company. This full-time position, based at our office in Burswood, entails travel to multiple locations spanning from Butler to Mandurah. Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager, you will undertake the challenge of leading and managing day-to-day sales and marketing activities for the company. This role is scheduled for Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm . Responsibilities include: Working towards achieving sales targets and business expansion goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients. Collaborating with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth business development efforts. Generating and following up on warm leads. Delivering compelling sales proposals to prospective clients. Negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring mutual benefits for both the company and the client. Working with internal teams to develop pricing strategies, contract terms, and service agreements. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Tracking and reporting business development activities, including pipeline management and conversion rates. Providing insights and recommendations based on performance data and industry trends. Collaborating with leadership to set business goals and measure success.
