Business Development Manager - FinTech / SaaS Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales person ready to take the world of FinTech to the next level? We are working with a well-backed FinTech startup who are on a mission to revolutionise the payments landscape. We're seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in growing their cards offering, forging strategic partnerships, and driving their ambitious growth plans. The Role As a BDM, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and partnership development. You’ll focus on promoting their innovative card solutions, identifying opportunities, and building long-lasting client relationships. What You’ll Do Develop new business: Identify and engage with potential clients and partners to drive adoption of our card solutions. Lead sales efforts: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Build strategic relationships: Collaborate with decision-makers in target industries to position our card products as their go-to solution. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor solutions and meet client needs. Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation. What We’re Looking For At least 3 years experience as an SDR / AE or BDM in the Australian market You have experience selling into FinTech, Payments, Cards or SaaS You've sold into mid-market and SMB You have a good track record of going above your sales targets You have a phone first mentality Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
