About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and results-driven salesperson to join a leading provider of industrial lubricant solutions. This role will involve driving sales growth across Victoria, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with key clients in industries such as automotive, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients, presenting a comprehensive range of lubrication products and services. Develop and maintain long-term relationships by providing tailored, customer-focused solutions. Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of offered solutions. Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge. About You: Proven sales experience, ideally within the lubrication, automotive, or industrial sectors. Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to establish trust and rapport. Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently. Technical understanding of lubricants is highly desirable. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the designated sales territory.
