Role Overview: We seek an experienced Microsoft Solutions Sales Specialist to represent our Microsoft practice, including D365. The ideal candidate will have a solid Microsoft technologies-based solution sales background. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales, build client relationships, and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, present Microsoft solutions, and drive sales growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored Microsoft solutions. Microsoft Solutions Expertise: Provide insights on Microsoft products and services, including Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI. Proposal & Solution Selling: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase Microsoft solutions' value propositions. Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, Microsoft product updates, and competitors to position our offerings effectively. Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the Microsoft practice. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Microsoft product sales, solution selling, or practice management. Product Knowledge: Expertise in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, and related services. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to sell complex IT solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client requirements, translate them into solutions, and deliver compelling sales pitches. Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and driving business growth. Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions in a business-friendly manner. Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive Microsoft practice initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: Qualifications: Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Sales Certifications) are a plus. Experience working in a Microsoft partner ecosystem. Strong understanding of cloud computing and digital transformation strategies.
