Collaborate closely with Sales Agents and Property Managers to optimize databases and grow the rent roll. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Offer expert advice to clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Participate in market appraisals, sometimes working directly with the sales agents. Actively seek out and develop fresh business leads. Lease new properties and contribute to business growth. The Ideal Candidate: Holds a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration. Previous experience in a real estate business development role is desirable. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail, taking pride in delivering quality work. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
