The Role: As Business Development, you will spearhead the growth and market expansion of this groundbreaking product set to transform how businesses automate processes, drive revenue, and increase market share. Your primary focus will be on uncovering new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s offerings to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base and market presence. Design and implement strategic business development plans to meet company goals and financial objectives. Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover emerging trends, client demands, and competitor positioning. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, operations) to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives. Participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss sales performance, emerging market opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Maintain an organized client database using the company’s CRM system. Candidate Profile: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the hospitality sector. A proven history of surpassing sales targets and driving business growth. A strong grasp of the hospitality industry, including emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities. Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing relationships with high-profile clients. Skills: Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional service across all communication channels—whether written, phone, or in person. Effective Communication: Capable of adapting communication style to suit different audiences, ensuring clarity and precision. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, both in written communication and when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
