Key Responsibilities: Manage & Grow Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high-quality service and support. Identify New Opportunities: Seek out new business opportunities within the Primary Care market to drive growth. Travel & Connect: Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Present Solutions: Implement CH2 solutions, including online ordering platform access, to enhance customer operations. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales and margin targets for your assigned territory. Monitor & Adjust: Keep track of customer stock levels and forecasts, ensuring supply aligns with demand. Provide Reports & Planning: Regularly report progress and update your Territory Plan to ensure success. Participate in National Initiatives: Engage in marketing campaigns and national account activities. Stay Informed: Keep up to date with market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with the team. About You: We’re looking for a motivated, proactive individual with: Proven sales success and a strong track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
