We are seeking a motivated person to join Epiroc as a Sales Representative, working within our dynamic team promoting and selling our high-quality rotary drilling tools. Covering both the New South Wales and Queensland, this role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our rotary drilling tools and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients. Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share. Market Analysis: Research on competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and secure long-term contracts. Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence through our CRM database. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs. Qualifications: Experience: Having worked in the Bowen Basin and Hunter Valley mining regions would be an advantage. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with rotary drilling tools, large blast hole drilling equipment, and industry standards is an added advantage. Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex products. Education: Relevant certifications or training in sales or the mining industry is a plus. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across both New South Wales and Central Queensland.
