Although relatively early in its lifecycle compared to our other market-leading divisions, the Electronic Security Division has enjoyed rapid growth within the Access Hardware Group, which we are looking to expand upon with this appointment. With offices across Australia, offering the biggest range of Australian and international brands, we are committed to constantly improving our service offering to our ever-expanding customer base. Our next Business Development Manager will bring their passion for sales and electronic security to drive growth and success in the security solutions sector. The Business Development Manager will: Generate new business, set appointments and manage existing clients. Create and estimate Electronic Security Systems (ELS). Work with installation teams and clients to coordinate installations and ELS. Create and document procedures supporting company objectives. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients. Maintain client data and complete all sales-related reporting. About you: Experience in the Electronic Security Industry. Hold a Victorian Security License, White Card & Working with Children Check. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively. You will be rewarded with: Autonomy and flexibility in the role.
