Taking responsibility for people management and driving the business to new heights! Your responsibilities include: Financial Performance & Reporting Brand and Audit Compliance PeopleDevelopment & Training Operational Support New Venue Opening and Management Understand, use and ensure all operating systems are utilised to the maximum potential What you’ll Bring: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Area Manager/Business Development Manager role in Hospitality, (preferably in restaurants or pubs). Demonstrate your mateship in providing an exceptional experience for the team and guests Bring your competitiveness in a fast-paced, hands-on, innovative and FUN work environment Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with partners and customers.
