Position Overview: We are seeking a Business Development and Customer Support Representative with a solid background in farming to support our efforts in the agricultural machinery sector. While prior business development experience is not required, a deep understanding of farming practices, equipment, and the challenges farmers face is essential. This role offers significant flexibility, with the ability to manage your schedule and prioritize tasks independently. It is a field-based position that involves international travel to meet clients, provide product demonstrations, offer tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the farming community. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers. Provide expert advice on agricultural machinery, understanding the specific needs of each customer. Conduct product demonstrations and offer technical support as needed. Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring clients are satisfied with their machinery and services. Travel internationally to visit clients, attend trade shows, and engage in industry events. Collaborate with the team to stay informed about the latest industry trends and product innovations. Assist in promoting the company’s products and services through local and international outreach. Requirements: Hands-on farming experience and a strong understanding of agricultural practices and machinery. Passion for the agricultural industry and helping farmers succeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and commitment to excellent customer service. Willingness to travel internationally for client visits and industry events.
