The Group Planning and Experience team sits within Strategy & Performance. This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving CBA’s planning and performance processes and bringing the experience to life through Tooling. This includes orchestrating the Quarterly Planning Process and collaborating with each Business and Support Unit to enable their planning activities. We support the tools, frameworks, guidance, processes, and timelines that set the tone for the organisation and help define our strategic direction. More broadly, this team helps drive the Pace transformation, focusing on the enablement and embedment of the new agile ways of working. Do work that matters As ‘Business Experience Lead – Delivery Tooling’, your role is key in driving and supporting the group’s Workforce management and delivery management tools – Teamform and Jira. You’ll lead the Teamform squad and have end-to-end accountability of the Teamform product within CBA including Product Backlog Management, Delivery, vendor management and business support. You’ll partner with the Jira team to deliver Pace priorities with a key focus on user experience. You’ll also advise and design solutions to leverage these tools in the key group planning events such as Dependency Marketplace and Group Big Room Planning. Additionally, you’ll help drive adoption and embedment of these tools with a key focus on uplifting the Data Quality leading to better and accurate group level insights. This is an exciting opportunity in which you will use your critical thinking, passion for customers and superior stakeholder management skills to effectively execute the day-to-day management of the enterprise wide tools. Key Responsibilities include: Lead the Teamform squad day-to-day as a Product Owner including product backlog management, delivery and platform operations. Engagement with business users and key stakeholders to understand their pain points and offer solutions to improve their experience. Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations to simplify workforce/delivery management tooling. Act as the voice of the customer and translate this for the team to drive a collaborative approach to problem solving. Measure and experiment to ensure every initiative is delivering value. Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across streams of work. Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to. Manage the squad’s performance against the defined goals/objectives. Shape user experience and leverage tools to support/improve Group Planning events such as Dependency Marketplace, Quarterly Business Planning and Group Big Room Planning. Design and implement solutions for monitoring and improving data quality in the tools. We’re interested in hearing from people who: Have strong Product Owner or product leadership experience with business focus and technical acumen. Experience using workforce planning/management tools such as Teamform (or similar with delivery focus) and experience using HR datasets is highly desirable. Strong experience using Jira including in-tool dashboarding/reporting. Strong experience with agile delivery in a complex organisation. Solid stakeholder management skills and able to work with senior leaders. Solid Analytical skills, experience with SQL is desirable. Data analytics and reporting/dashboarding skills with business focus (insights). Proven experience in leading teams and accountability to deliver outcomes.
