This six-month fixed-term contract is a critical role in ensuring our care communities are fully prepared and compliant with upcoming regulatory changes.About the Role: Reporting to the Risk, Compliance & Process Improvement Manager, you will: Support the review, update, and creation of policies and procedures to align with new legislative requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance changes effectively. Ensure compliance tools are updated in line with the new standards. Provide administrative and reporting support during the transition. Participate in training and contribute to process improvement initiatives. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience in residential aged care or healthcare settings. Strong understanding of the New Aged Care Act and Strengthened Standards. Proven ability to develop, review, and implement policies and procedures. Exceptional communication, time management, and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities. Why Join Opal?
