We have a fixed term opportunity until September 2025 for an Advisor Business Initiatives within our Asset Planning & Delivery Services team. You will lead and manage business improvement projects and initiatives on behalf of Development Services Branch. We also have 9 day fortnight options available, creating a better balance for you. What the role will involve Lead, manage and contribute to business improvement projects and initiatives within scheduled time and budget according to the relevant project management principles and procedures. Undertake urgent, ad-hoc and short term assignments and projects. Participate in project initiatives and team activities through knowledge sharing, reporting and performance improvement. Inform and regularly communicate with the Manager regarding project progress, impacting issues, drivers, influencing outcomes and identified opportunities. Establish, under guidance, the process for the measuring and reporting of project benefits realisation as part of the implementation strategy of each project. Ensure activities comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy, procedures and standards. Key skills and experience You’ll have demonstrated experience with Water Corporation corporate systems (CorDocs, DeveloperNet, BuilderNet and My World,) and Microsoft suite products, along with knowledge of our business policies and processes. Your well-developed customer service skills and ability to prepare, present reporting and collaborate and influence with internal stakeholders will ensure success in this role. You will also have significant business improvement project and initiatives experience.
