Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight $106,584 - $113,742 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 6) + Superannuation Location – Rockhampton Your new role Are you a natural problem-solver with a talent for identifying inefficiencies and developing creative solutions? Application Criteria Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience in policy review and proficiency in writing policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of business improvement methodologies and their application in a complex multidisciplinary environment. Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment, ensuring successful project delivery. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build consensus and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including Councillors, consultants, senior management and key stakeholders, to achieve project goals. Ability to analyse existing systems and develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
