The Role – Business Intelligence and Power Platforms Lead In this leadership position, you will work closely with all stakeholders to understand their functions and challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. Leveraging your knowledge in Business Intelligence (BI) and Power Platform solutions, you will help address these gaps, delivering tailored outcomes for the UniLodge Group and its associated entities. You will oversee the lifecycle of BI and Power Platform solutions, from concept and design to delivery, testing, and transition into service. Key Responsibilities: Shape and contribute to the broader Data and BI road map Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth integration between BI and Power Platform and other business systems and applications. Manage support efforts, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to optimize solution efficacy Undertake innovative data and analytics projects as required Foster a culture of ongoing process improvement and development by identifying opportunities to enhance the business architecture and ensure the platforms’ continued success and innovation. About You: It is essential that you possess high-level interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships across multiple groups. You will also have the ability to manage variable workloads to meet deadlines. More about you: A minimum of 4 years’ experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) and Power Platforms Tertiary qualification in business, finance, technology or project management is desired Experience with Property Management Systems – StarRez highly desirable Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Dynamics 365 – particularly Dataverse, Data Lake, Data Warehousing and Power Automate A demonstrated passion for improving business processes and user outcomes Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
