About the role As a part of our Wired for Success internship program, you will be given the opportunity to spend time in each of our departments including Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Planning, Purchasing, Research & Development, Sales, Warehouse, and Manufacturing, where you will work closely with our team members to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. What you'll be responsible for Set and review objectives and key metrics to ensure the business vision is realized. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions. Data Management and Visualization: Create and maintain the organization’s Business Intelligence tools, and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders. Skills you'll need Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals. Creativity: Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem.
