What you'll do: As a Business Lending Operations Specialist, your role will be pivotal in supporting the smooth processing of business lending applications. Your keen eye for detail will be utilized in preparing and reviewing loan documents, assisting in settlements, and certifying documents. You will collaborate closely with other teams, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will handle various administrative tasks related to loan processing. Comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you with valuable skills and knowledge in the banking industry. Prepare and review loan documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. Assist in the settlement process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of business loan settlements. Certify documents as required for business lending transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth execution of the loan process. Handle various administrative tasks related to loan processing. Receive comprehensive training in systems and processes. What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Business Lending Operations Specialist role brings strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. While previous experience in document preparation or settlements within the financial or banking industry is preferred, it is not essential. What's more important is your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
