Temp to Perm Opportunity Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join their rapidly growing Business Lending division. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in supporting business loan processing through key activities such as settlements, document preparation, and certifications. With comprehensive training provided, this role presents an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in the banking industry. The successful candidate will enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment, with the flexibility of working from home two days per week after training. What you'll do: Prepare and review loan documents to ensure compliance and accuracy Assist in the settlement process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of business loan settlements Certify documents as required for business lending transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth execution of the loan process Handle various administrative tasks related to loan processing Receive comprehensive training in systems and processes What you bring: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in document preparation or settlements within the financial or banking industry (preferred but not essential) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn What sets this company apart: This company offers competitive remuneration along with flexible working opportunities including the option to work from home two days per week after training.
