Job Description: As our Business Line Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing reporting, invoicing, quotations, logistics, P&L, and team management. You will be part of our senior management team, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of our events. Key Responsibilities: Building strong client relationships and delivering top-notch customer service. Reviewing and managing quotes and conducting site checks when needed. Handling roster management and team coordination. Supervising the setup and pack down of marquees, structures, and furniture. Leading the operations and office team to perform at their best. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Collaborating with senior managers to maintain smooth operations. Key Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience in event hire operations. Knowledge of Hoecker Marquees (desirable). Exceptional time management skills to meet tight schedules. Ability to lead and manage a high-performance team. The willingness to roll up your sleeves and get on the tools on site and lead the team. Attention to detail and upselling skills (essential). Experience in rostering and team coordination. Excellent customer service skills. The drive to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Experience in setting up event hire equipment (marquees, structures). Experience with Xero (desirable).
