Based in Dandenong or Derrimut in Victoria under a Hybrid working arrangement, forming part of the passionate & values-driven Sales & Customer Solutions team and reporting directly to the Senior Manager (Protein & Industrial), your role as Business Manager (Protein & Industrial) will be to drive growth, protect market share, and build strategic partnerships with key Protein & Industrial customers to achieve revenue and operational excellence. Your mission: Lead Growth : Expand CHEP’s market share and revenue by protecting current business and driving lane expansion. Partner with Customer : Build strong, proactive relationships with customers, understand their needs, and deliver innovative solutions. Strategic Thinking : Manage forecasts, operational plans, and seasonal demand while preventing market share loss. Sales Leadership : Drive new business opportunities, facilitate agreements, and enhance CHEP’s value proposition. Drive results : Keep accurate records, resolve disputes, and adhere to payment terms for seamless customer experiences. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Proven success in a Sales role, with a strong track record in managing senior-level customer relationships. A solid understanding of Containers or related industries. Sharp negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Exceptional ability to connect and communicate with clarity and care, engaging stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivation and independence to deliver exceptional results. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. A tertiary qualification in business or a related field is desirable but not essential.
