About the role Join our team as a Business Optimisation Manager, leading process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the City Rangers Unit. This role focuses on optimising services, systems, and data to drive operational performance in a constantly evolving compliance and digital landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement business improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Develop and optimise processes, systems, and reporting frameworks for improved efficiency and business intelligence. Drive continuous improvement, collaborating with managers and teams to identify and implement innovative solutions. Lead projects focused on service transformation, digital capability, and performance measurement. We’re looking for someone with: A degree in Business Management or extensive experience in business administration and change management. Proven success in delivering strategic programs, business transformation, and continuous improvement. Experience in IT system implementation, budget management, and performance optimisation.
