$100,000 - 120,000 + super 12 month fixed term contract Sydney CBD - hybrid About the Company We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to work alongside key stakeholders for a Software company based in Sydney CBD. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to be made permanent, paying $100,000 - 120,000 + super. This role has a flexible work environment with 2/3 days WFH and a collaborative culture.About the Role Work with SLT and other staff members to develop and implement new processes and procedures Identifying areas of improvement and recommending business solutions Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes Create and maintain the company intranet home site (on SharePoint Online) Create user-friendly guides and documentation on internal processes and procedures Provide staff training on internal processes and procedures Develop our employee onboarding and training program Work with SLT members to establish, document, and implement SLA’s and OLA’s Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years in a similar role Strong project management skills and attention to detail Demonstrable previous process and change management experience Demonstrated creative thinking, problem-solving, and learning ability Ability to multi-task and work with a minimal amount of supervision Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate across teams SharePoint experience preferred How to Apply Click APPLY if you are interested.Please note only suitable candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
