Job Description The Business Readiness Coordinator role is a support role within the Business Management team in the TAL Comparison (Lifebroker) business unit. Reporting to Lifebroker’s Project Manager, and supporting the Business Readiness Manager, this role is integral for communications execution to prospects and in-force policy holders, liaising with operational enterprise departments for lead management and execution, CRM support for front line users and ensuring adherence to system controls. Further to this, the role is required to liaise closely with Marketing and Commercial stakeholders for processing additional campaign related content and requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, such as the Head of Business Management, the Development Team, Project Manager and Business Readiness Manager to prioritise and co-ordinate the delivery pipeline of technology initiatives into the business. This role would suit candidates with an administration background who are comfortable utilising multiple systems, can download reports, pull data, and respond to customer queries. An ideal candidate will have strong competency in the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and SQL, and superior attention to detail. This is a Fixed Term Contract role, until the end of 2025. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience Ability to constructively challenge stakeholders on their needs to determine the best solution Innovation driven thought, influencing stakeholders to adopt new vision for new or existing software systems Financial Services or Contact Centre background preferred Experience with Microsoft Office suite and SQL Strong attention to detail with proven ability to work under pressure You’re always accountable for your actions.
