We have an exciting entry-level opportunity for a full-time Business Services Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position. The Business Services Assistant is a hands-on role primarily responsible for providing high-quality administrative services to Partners, staff, clients, and visitors. As a Business Services Assistant in our team, you will be a versatile team member involved in a broad range of duties such as: Printing, photocopying, scanning, and finishing (e.g. binding, laminating, etc.) Sorting, delivery, collection, and distribution of mail, couriers, and other items Purchase, stocktake, and maintenance of all stationery, including mail and courier consumables Administration tasks including processing supplier invoices Assist in maintaining print devices and binding equipment and arranging contractor support Support the Premises assistant with arranging contractors for repairs and maintenance, and other duties Help the Search and Lodgement team when required Identify opportunities to improve processes and practices to enhance the service offering Working closely with other team members to ensure seamless Business Services operations Other ad hoc duties as required More About You To be successful in this role, strong organisational skills are important as well as a high level of initiative, attention to detail, energy, and enthusiasm. No experience is needed, but you must have a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
