Business Services Officer (Fleet Coordination) - Business Services - 976536 Department for Education, Children and Young PeopleBusiness Operations and Support ServicesOperations and Business Services Applications must be submitted by Sunday 26 January, 2025 11:55 PM AEST Award/Classification: Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 4 $83,011 to $95,547 per annum Employment type: Permanent, part-time Region: North Provide advice and high-level administrative support to Facility Services across a range of activities including fleet and passenger vehicle transport management and compliance services, stakeholder management, and other programs to support the achievement of Branch objectives. Support the delivery of a client-focused service in providing advice to departmental stakeholders around Facility Services programs, fleet and passenger transport vehicle management matters. This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well, and learning. Duties Provide advice and high-level administrative support to Facility Services across a range of activities including fleet and passenger vehicle transport management and compliance services. Stakeholder management and other programs to support the achievement of Branch objectives. Support the delivery of a client-focused service in providing advice to departmental stakeholders around Facility Services programs, fleet and passenger transport vehicle management matters. Period of Appointment Ongoing - ASAP Start Date Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1. Hours per fortnight 36.75 hours per fortnight Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment) Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive work experience in procurement, facilities management or a related discipline.
