About the opportunity Finance & Corporate Services are seeking a Business Services Officer to join their team for a 12 month contract. The Business Services Officer is accountable to the Business Services Coordinator to undertake a broad range of administrative support tasks and activities which contribute to the efficient operation of the SA Power Networks Port Lincoln and Eyre locations. Key responsibilities: Accurate and timely input and production of reports (eg, asset register, over time), rosters, registers and equipment. Accurate and timely booking, recording and reporting of training to ensure compliance with National and SA Power Networks requirements. Ensure accurate entry of time data including allowances. Ensure accurate bookings, ordering and payments of goods and services. Ensure accurate record keeping (eg, archiving, electronic and hard copy filing). About you Prior relevant experience in a similar role supporting an administrative services function. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong business and commercial acumen. Competent skills in utilising designated IT software e.g. MS Office suite, SAP. What we offer Many of our salaries are positioned well above industry standard.
