You are applying for the position of Business Software Tester for company CEA . Please fill in your details below to submit an application for this position. This position is located in: Location: Fyshwick Key responsibilities: Test custom-developed features of the Business Software Development Team and advise on outcomes. Analyse feature definition, implementation, and user intentions to determine ideal and defective states. Proactively conduct regression testing to find defects in staged and released software. Advise on a coordinated test plan for larger or parallel development efforts. Reproduce defects reported by users and provide developers with information to remediate them. Investigate and recommend appropriate quality assurance procedures. Arrange user acceptance testing with the intended audience where desirable. About You Knowledge of testing methodologies and the appropriate situations to apply them. A detail-oriented attitude. Good communication skills on technical subject matter. Ability to analyse requirements and enact a relevant testing regime. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to use a software feature and bug tracking system. Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance (Baseline / NV1/ NV2). The successful candidate MUST be able to obtain clearance prior to commencement (Relevant positions). ITAR (Impacted positions only) - This position requires employees to access equipment and data that is subject to U.S International Traffic and Arms Regulation (ITAR).
