Senior Customer Support Officer A04 Initial contract to June 30th + highly probable extension $58.02 per hour + super Queensland State Government Cannon Hill The Role Work close to home utilising your strong data management, administration and communication expertise with this QLD State Government Department! Your duties will include: Monitor, record, and evaluate customer interactions. Maintain detailed accurate records of escalated cases, resolutions and follow up actions. Extensive shared inbox management for all incoming inquiries. Import daily data sets and enter detailed customer information into internal CRM and spreadsheets. Prepare customer insight reports and documentation to translate data into actionable insights. Provide regular updates on escalated cases to relevant stakeholders and team members. Liaise with internal government teams and some customers to facilitate resolutions.
