Working with a team of professional Development Assessment Planners and Building Surveyors, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and experience. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria: Certificate III Qualifications in Business Administration or extensive relevant experience. A minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in a business support type role with superior organisation skills and attention to detail. High level of expertise in Microsoft Office applications and a sound understanding of computer network and email systems. Demonstrated experience in providing timely, accurate and professional customer service to internal and external customers in often unusual or complex situations. Demonstrated time-management ability to show initiative and innovation when investigating, analysing & solving problems. High level of written and verbal communication and engagement skills to accurately convey Council’s policies, procedures and Government legislation.
