Business Support and Systems OfficerFull-time Permanent Details : The Child and Family Business systems team currently has an opportunity for a Business Support and Systems Officer to join the team.The role provides support for the effective functioning of the Child and Youth Record Information System (CYRIS), from both the system and business implementation perspectives. Specifically, the Business Support and Systems Officer will assist with Support Desk Assistance, the management of business process issues, testing and rollout of new functionality, ongoing training, data quality, system documentation and governance secretariat support.The Child and Family Business systems team is responsible for all of Children Youth and Families (CYF) system and data quality, as well as data remediation.The System and Data quality section of this team has a primary focus on CYRIS development, inclusive of business processes, record management, training development and learning guides. This team manages Stakeholder engagement and relationship management across Children Youth and Families Division to ensure the system remains contemporary for users, whilst ensuring the integration of CYRIS with the Whole of Government Content Manager record management system.The position will be required to work closely with ACT Digital Data and Technological Solutions (DDTS).Community Services Directorate (CSD) is an inclusive employer where all people are respected and valued for their contribution. Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Experience and skills in developing and/or implementation of an ICT business system in a Human Services environment is desirable. Experience in managing change requests is desirable but not essential. Significant experience in development of templates and documents using Microsoft Office products such as Sharepoint and Microsoft Word is desirable but not essential. Prior to commencing in this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) ACT 2011 will be required. Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check. Note: A merit pool or merit may be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
