Business Systems Analyst - SuccessFactors - Sydney Employment Type : Permanent (Full Time) Business Area : Finance & Technology Division : Technology Location : Sydney, New South Wales, AU About our team At GrainCorp, we connect rural communities with food, animal feed, and industrial customers worldwide, leading the way in sustainable agriculture. About the role We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst - SuccessFactors to support and improve SuccessFactors applications and associated solutions. This role is based out of the International Towers on the harbour foreshore of Barangaroo, with hybrid working arrangements available. Key responsibilities include : Provide application support, continuous improvement, and deliver upgrades / projects for SAP SuccessFactors applications across all modules. Manage IT service management incidents, problems, service requests, and enhancements. Drive consistent practices, processes, procedures, governance, and standards for application support. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify, analyze, document business requirements, and manage small system enhancements. Develop, review, and govern functional specifications for system enhancements / developments. Work with developers and vendors to deliver effective solutions to meet business needs. Translate business needs into solutions and initiatives. Coordinate system testing, training, user acceptance, and validation testing of solutions and production changes. Manage the transition to support of business applications delivered via projects. About your experience The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in an analytical discipline or equivalent, with proven experience supporting HR business process designs and systems solutions with SAP SuccessFactors. Key skills include : Experience with application security: Roles design and authorizations matrix. Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Level 2 / 3 Support processes. Vendor management experience and working with vendor resources for project and application support. Strong communication skills with end-users and IT employees at all levels. Understanding of system / software development lifecycles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including specification writing. Ability to understand, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop technical solutions. Conceptual problem solving, analysis, and design ability.
