Department of Police, Fire and Emergency ManagementBusiness and Executive ServicesTechnology Services Applications must be submitted by Sunday 02 March, 2025 11:55 PM Award/Classification: Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 7 $129,302.00 to $136,089.00 per annum Employment type: Permanent, full-time Region: South Location: Hobart Position Overview The Business Systems Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of quality systems and management of technical activities for a multitude of operational information assets, including a combination of commercial of the shelf (COTS) and bespoke systems, in a 24/7 emergency services environment. This position will balance the needs of the business user with service delivery with a technical focus and will assist in the delivery of solutions and enhancements as approved within existing frameworks and governance arrangements. Duties Manage day-to-day delivery of quality systems. Oversee technical activities for operational information assets. Balance business user needs with service delivery. Assist in the delivery of approved solutions and enhancements.
