Business Systems Support & Training Specialist Mackays Marketing is a division of The Mackay Group, a large family-owned horticultural business. With five offices nationally, the business markets the largest percentage of Australia’s total banana crop. Mackays Marketing works collaboratively with Australia’s largest retail clients, transport providers, bakeries and wholesalers across the country. The Mackay’s Marketing has an opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Support Training Specialist to join the team. This opportunity is open to applicants located in Tully (QLD) , Brisbane or Sydney . About the Position: The Business Systems Support Training Specialist will be responsible for overseeing user support, training and driving the adoption and implementation of business-critical systems, including our new ERP/stock management platform (Freshtrack). Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, the role will involve, but is not limited to the following: Oversee the rollout and integration of Freshtrack ERP Conduct system testing and configuration Document and communicate user feedback for continuous system enhancement Develop, implement and deliver comprehensive training programs, including training manuals, quick guides, video tutorials etc. First point of contact for all business system-related inquiries and troubleshooting Collaborate with external vendors to resolve technical issues Act as a change champion by driving enthusiasm and engagement for new tools and technologies Generate reports and analyze data Develop and maintain system dashboards Position Requirements: The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You will need to demonstrate: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP or business systems implementation and user support Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs Strong organisational, analytical and decision-making skills High levels of integrity and professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tools for documentation, training and presentations.
