Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) Level 1 to lead the team in the Opioid Treatment Program at the Wallama Clinic, Wyong Hospital. This Full-Time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients of the Opioid Treatment Program and other clients with drug and/or alcohol issues. As the NUM, you will lead the team to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients. About You You have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).Experienced Leader: You bring a strong background in clinical leadership and are adept at managing teams to deliver excellent care to clients. Experience in the drug & alcohol specialty is desirable.Innovative and Collaborative: You foster a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice and promote teamwork and a shared vision among staff. Where You’ll Be Working You will be based at the Wallama Clinic, situated within Wyong Hospital, one of the two clinics operating under the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD).
