Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Health Manager Level 1 Remuneration: $84,436.00 - $112,331.00 per annum Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ549935 Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a Health Manager (Level 1) to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sterilising Services Education, Rostering and Quality Co-ordinator to showcase your skills and make a meaningful impact on the services provided to the Central Coast community. About You Demonstrated ability to meet the essential requirements of the position as listed in the position description. Please attach a copy of relevant qualifications to your application. Previous supervisory or management experience within a Sterilisation Services Department. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to problem-solve, direct, and negotiate within a team setting. The ability to educate and train staff, fostering a continuous learning environment. Excellent communication skills, ensuring a collaborative and functional team dynamic. A commitment to upholding organisational values, promoting a positive workplace culture, and meeting customer needs. Where You’ll Be Working This role has an education and quality focus, providing training, leadership, and the development and implementation of core competencies and quality programs. Hours to be undertaken primarily Monday to Friday; however, the ability to adapt to service requirements is foremost. Duties performed are as follows in conjunction with the position description.
