Education and Wellbeing Co-ordinator (Clifton Hill) Type: Ongoing Role: Position of Leadership Hours: Full-time Closes: 22-03-2025 About the role The Education & Wellbeing Coordinator will bring energy and innovation to the classroom and beyond, implementing a cutting-edge, trauma-informed education model (ReLATE) designed to nurture young people with complex and diverse needs. This role is all about fostering an environment of unconditional positive regard, empowering every student to thrive. As a key collaborator, the Coordinator will provide expert educational guidance and wellbeing support, playing a pivotal role in driving success for both the Clifton Hill team and education leaders! This is a Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in Clifton Hill within our MacKillop Education program. The position reports to the Principal. This position will begin at the end of April 2025. Key Selection Criteria: Relevant experience supporting vulnerable children and young people. An understanding of trauma-informed practice in a school setting. A proven ability to work in a complex multi-disciplinary and collaborative environment, with a focus on democratic participatory leadership. Demonstrated alignment with the ethos and identity of a Catholic school and a commitment to model these values as a leader.
