PMO Analyst – Greenfield SAP Transformation Are you ready to be part of a major SAP S/4HANA migration and make a real impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a cutting-edge Greenfield transformation project , working alongside top IT and business professionals. Salary & Benefits: $80K + super 18-month fixed-term (potential to extend) 20 days holiday Hybrid working model As a PMO Analyst , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth project execution, supporting governance, tracking milestones, and keeping stakeholders aligned. You’ll work closely with project managers, SMEs, and external partners to maintain project controls, manage risks, and drive efficiency across the program. Key Responsibilities: Maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and reporting. Support governance and ensure adherence to project frameworks. Coordinate meetings, document key actions, and track deliverables. Assist with budget tracking, resource planning, and vendor coordination. What We’re Looking For: At least one year of experience in a PMO or project coordination role. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Experience in ERP migration projects (SAP ECC to S/4HANA is a big plus). Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
