As the CEO, you will lead the strategic direction and overall management of the healthcare operations in Vietnam, playing a crucial role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional healthcare services. Job Description Provide strategic direction and oversight to all functional departments, ensuring alignment with growth plans and regulatory compliance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement growth strategies in collaboration with the Marketing & BD Director to increase revenue and expand services. Lead and mentor department heads and other key personnel. Oversee mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives. Manage post-merger integration and develop an in-house team for growth strategy. The Successful Applicant Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in hospital management, with at least 3-5 years in an executive role. Strong understanding of hospital operations, regulatory principles, and quality frameworks. Expertise in marketing and business development strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and achieve results in a dynamic environment. Open to any nationality but culturally sensitive and suitable for a leadership role in Vietnam. Fluent in English and Vietnamese Working experience in Vietnam or emerging markets in Southeast Asia is preferred. What's on Offer Executive compensation package included. #J-18808-Ljbffr
