About the role: As the CIC Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing Customer Projects with the design, planning, negotiation, coordination, and management of employees, material, and capital resources to provide a cost-effective, quality service that meets key performance indicators and financial accountabilities of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Provide advice and support to project team members in undertaking tasks and implementing project plans as required. Ensure that Zinfra’s Project Management Methodology is adopted and adhered to, including methods, systems, and procedures. Develop and verify Project Management Plans for responsible projects with all project stakeholders. Note that this requirement is only for high-value Routine projects on a case-by-case basis. Develop project schedules to define and sequence project activities, then determine required resources and estimate effort/durations to deliver the project activities. Project schedule activities are to include risk control measures identified during the project planning phase. Develop prudent and efficient project cost estimates, which meet project objectives inclusive of any specific budgeted amounts for risk, identified through risk assessments. About you: Tertiary qualifications in business administration and/or project management are well regarded. Experience in the energy and/or infrastructure industry is desirable but not essential. Proven experience in team management. Ability to support the development and management of project plans, reports, and project communications.
